[caption title] Small folio (11-3/4 inches [30 cm] tall), pp. 4, signed "J.B."; toning and light soil, lacking self wrappers, issue with a comma after Godfrey instead of a period, pen notation "Henry Nevill alias Paine" in an old hand at the end of the caption title. A pamphlet written and published to help assert Danby's complicity in the Popish Plot. Godfrey, a magistrate involved in the investigation of the Popish Plot, was found face down in a ditch with a sword run though him ("That he was found with his own Sword through his Body;" from p. 3 ) just under his left breast.
