The smelter was closed in 1907 and totally destroyed by fire 1911. A linen backed 8 x 10 gold toned gelatin silver photograph, measuring 7.5 x 9.75 inches wide, with many interesting local details discernible. Photo w. a faint crease near top edge and "Nelson" written in pencil on verso. Near Fine. Item #5539
