Red decorative cloth over stiff card covers, title stamped in gilt onto upper cover and spine, 16mo (6-1/4 inches tall), pp. L, 496,(plus an index to the streets of Brussels which is bound in between p. 50 & the foldout map preceding p. 51 (Brussel), is printed on slightly different paper and does not form part of the regular pagination. It consists of 10 pages with "Druck von Grimme & Trumel in Leipzig" (Printing by Grimme & Trumel in Leipzig) printed at the foot of p. 10), illustrations, fold-out color maps, index, marbled edges, two bound-in ribbon markers, ad front endpapers with ads up to 1910, map rear endpapers, "Mit 19 Karten, 36 Planen und 8 Grundrissen" printed on front panel of DJ and title page, "1910" printed on copyright page and DJ spine panel, "Vierundzwanzigste auflage" (24th edition) printed on copyright page. Volume with spine ends softened, a number penciled in blue at top of ffep and in ink at foot of rear pastedown. DJ is rubbed with a pencil notation to front flap, shallow chips to spine ends, minor creases and short closed tears - an apparently unused copy. Near Fine / At Least Very Good. Item #2738
