Ready Reckoners were a popular go-to calculating resource for local traders, farmers and merchants in the early 1800's as most common folk were still quite likely to be unskilled in math computation. A scarce survivor - given its intended use and this miniature format; with just one edition [also 216 pp.] published by Mundell, Doig & Stevenson, Edin. (1807) and one 1818 edition (published by Doig, Stirling & Slade, Edin.) located in OCLC, held by Trinity College Library Dublin and the National Library of Scotland. Ref. OCLC accessed 04/16.
