Volume with spine gilt mostly wanting, modest wear to spine ends and edges, small ink stains to spine and upper cover, 2nd fep with a one inch closed tear at foot, leaf 265/266 has a tiny piece of upper corner torn off, last few leaves with small tide mark to top edge.
