Winnipeg, MB: Stovel Company, Map Engravers and Publishers, 1912. Map. A printed city map of 1912 Nelson, BC (scale 200 ft. = 1 inch), with insert key map (scale 1,000 ft. = 1 inch) printed in black ink onto thin, robust paper measuring 19" tall x 15" wide. Map shows streets, plot plans, civil buildings and some natural features as they existed in 1912. Manuscript notations in red ink indicate a "New Devl. Site" in Rosemont, just west of Cottonwood Creek. The rubber stamp of McQuarrie & Robertson is in the lower right corner "Kootenay Fruit Land and Investments - A Specialty". Map w. minor toning, fold lines and pin holes in corners from being attached to a report at one time, verso unmarked. Near Fine. Item #4413
