Montreal, QC: William Notman & Son, 1930. Epmemera. Designed in 1929 and built in 1930, the Drummond building would have been ready for it's new tenants in 1930, which is where we date this announcement to. Printed in brown ink onto taupe colored card stock measuring 3-5/8 x 5 inches wide. Card w. light soil and a vertical crease, verso w. finger soil and a few stains. Very Good. Item #4128
