A scarce copy of the Student's Artist Book from the NSCAD Printed Matter Workshop (Fall 1995) - printed in a very small, limited edition for class members only. In this case, likely only 20 with 18 students achieving a "High Pass" and 2 students not achieving a final mark, at least according to the final marking sheet bound in at rear. Illustrated buff colored card wraps, 4to (10-7/8 inches tall), pp. [unpaginated - c. 140 pp. not inc. bound-in obituary slips], illustrated throughout w. various printing techniques, story lines, line drawings, color and B&W illustrations and artistic doodles. Volume covers with faint soil and light wear, else clean and unmarked throughout. Near Fine. Item #3563

In these publications students contribute a work of one or many pages and the edition provides everyone with a copy of the resulting book. Garry started the ‘class book’ tradition when he began teaching printed matter in 1990, first at NSCAD and then at UBC since 2013 with Cathy Busby.
