An early American catalogue advocating for schools, parks and municipalities to engage with and encourage the enjoyment of children - even going so far as to give examples of same with "The Trend of Playground Legislation in the U.S." on p. 3. We do however note that some of the "children" in the photos in the catalogue appear to be 6 feet tall!
