From p. 17 of the "Rampart House" pamphlet (2010) published by Yukon Tourism & Culture "Dan Cadzow first brought trade goods to Rampart House in 1904 and he built this store in 1912. His business was very successful at this time and he was able to order finishing materials, like linoleum, from the mail-order catalogues of the day." - - of which, this particular Mc. & Mc. catalogue was likely one of his most valuable resources to order in supplies for his far-flung community. An interesting artifact from the far north, that of an entrepreneurial gentlemen with a pioneering story to tell... and a great catalogue to use. OCLC locates no copies of this 1908 Mc & Mc catalogue.
