An early self-help course, here first published by the author with a copyright date of "1918" with 28 lessons in 14 separate pamphlets and no other author credits shown. Other editions were co-authored by Bernarr Macfadden and William H. Bates M.D., before eventually being published in the popular, and more common single volume of the same title. Pamphlets are held in the publisher's cloth-backed printed folder and vary between 14 and 31 pages, each is illustrated throughout w. B&W photo reproductions, line drawings and charts. Folder with worn edges, some stains and a drink ring ; pamphlets are clean throughout with a penciled "Read" to the front cover of each booklet and some rust to staples. A nice set. Near Very Good.
