All the latest news from the European Front, telling of Canada's overseas military forces including the name, rank and unit of those missing, wounded, captured or killed in battle with a visit to Vimy Ridge and a list of those honored with the Victoria Cross and other awards of distinction. Likely providing a more realistic reporting of the facts than the 'Canadian Daily Record' which "... was relentlessly cheerful and rarely depicted the horrors of war." Francis p. 97.
