The Carrier Prayer-Book was first printed by the author in 1901, reprinted including a supplement in 1932 and with this 3rd edition "[this new publication] ... will not prove acceptable to such as want to escape as much as possible all mental exertion." - having text in both English and Romanized Carrier. Black cloth over boards, title and decorations stamped in gilt onto upper board and spine, all edges stained red, headbands, 16mo (5-7/8 inches [14.9 cm] tall), pp. 383, notes, table of contents, table of hymns. Volume with slight lean, covers with wear and stains, rubber stamps to copyright page, p. 33, and text edges, water stain to some text block edges causing red stain to bleed a little, library pocket to rear pastedown, rear hinge starting, text unmarked.
