Decorated cloth over boards, title stamped in gilt onto spine, photo reproduction of a working fruit farm inset onto upper board, ad endpapers with an additional large ad stamped onto cloth of lower board, 12mo, (7-1/2 inches tall), pp. viii, 86, (8) ads. Volume with wear and stains to cover, a water stain affecting the top edges of the endpapers and part of the text block, a short worm hole to fore-edge.
