The Hand Colored Edition, printed in Allemagne, Germany. Covers rubbed with edge wear, a pin hole and a vertical crease to upper cover, some foxing to title page and terminal leaf. Near Very Good. Collates with Peel 9268, having "Extensions [to the hotel] completed 1928" verso title page. This copy likely dates to the late 1920's - early 30's.
