Volume with cloth somewhat mottled, a minor dampstain affecting the top edge of first c. 40 leaves, two period names in pencil to half-title, small bookseller's label to bottom inside corner of front pastedown, frontis map w. 1/2" marginal stub tear and minor misfold - with no effect on map, "Contents" leaves remain unopened, some toning to text block - mostly at edges, two adjoining leaves noted w. a tiny soil spot near fore-edge, else clean and unmarked throughout w. maps in fine condition.
